Event Description
The Rare Cancers Conference 2026 San Francisco is a premier CME-accredited oncology conference focused on advancing the diagnosis and management of rare and orphan malignancies. Given the complexity and heterogeneity of rare cancers, this event brings together experts in medical oncology, hematology, pathology, genomics, surgery, and radiation oncology to address critical gaps in knowledge and care.
The program will highlight innovations in molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), biomarker identification, and precision oncology approaches that are transforming treatment paradigms for rare tumors. Participants will explore emerging targeted therapies, immunotherapy strategies, and clinical trial opportunities, with an emphasis on improving access to cutting-edge treatments.
Through case-based discussions and expert-led sessions, attendees will gain practical tools to navigate diagnostic uncertainty, apply clinical evidence in low-data settings, and collaborate across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes. The conference also addresses challenges such as delayed diagnosis, limited treatment guidelines, and disparities in access to specialized care.
This activity is designed to enhance clinician competence and performance in managing rare cancers and to support improved patient-centered outcomes.

About Binaytara
Binaytara is a leading global oncology 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to reducing cancer health disparities around the world. Founded in 2007 by Tara Shah and Dr. Binay Shah, our mission is to improve access to cancer care, enhance continuing medical education (CME), and foster implementation science research in hematology and oncology, thereby reducing the global burden of cancer.
As the largest cancer conference organizer in the US, we impact thousands of doctors and oncology/hematology practitioners who attend our conferences to stay current on cutting-edge treatments for their patients. Binaytara is an accredited CME provider committed to improving patient outcomes through high-quality, independent CME activities for physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
As a leader in global oncology, we have partnered with local government and health organizations in Nepal to operate the only cancer hospital in Madhesh Province, deliver cervical cancer screenings, provide nurse training, and establish the first bone marrow transplant center in the country. In India, we have partnered with government institutions to establish hospice and palliative care programs in Madhya Pradesh. We are beginning construction in 2024 on a comprehensive 200-bed cancer center in Janakpur, Nepal that will dramatically improve access to cancer care in Nepal and surrounding communities.
We invite companies interested in improving equitable access to cancer care to support our efforts.
